AWS: AWS-QC Desktop Torque Tester Quick Check Hand or Power Tool Validation
The AWS-QC series testers are an economical and easy-to-use choice for quick tool verification and mounting on a bench. These testers provide quality results at a low cost, making them a highly desirable entry-level device for checking manual, electric, and pneumatic torque screwdrivers, wrenches, and other tools (not for use with impact tools).
The integrated rotating display and dual-bolt pattern facilitate use in both horizontal and vertical positions, making it ideal for switching between pistol-grip and inline tool testing.
The QC takes just seconds to change test parameters, and works in either one button or automatic modes of operation.
Because of their low cost, high quality and ease of use, the AWS-QC series testers are our most popular entry level tester due to their great value. When used in conjunction with one of our PC applications, it's also capable of being used for tools test management, data archiving or printing.

- Memory: Up to 999 readings stored internally.
- Transducer Orientation: The creative design of the housing provides for vertical or horizontal tool testing.
- Rundown Fixtures: 1/4" and 3/8" rundown fixtures (up to 1000 Lbf In) are included, 1/2", 3/4" and larger rundown kits are available but they are optional and priced separately. Rundown fixtures also double as joint simulators for power torque tools.
- Tool and Data Management Software: AWS offers several PC software applications for facilitating tools test management and data archiving or printing.
