AWS: AWS-QCM Metrology Grade Desktop Torque Tester

The AWS-QCM series testers are our most accurate and durable tester. Low cost, great accuracy, high quality, ease of use and with the ability to add data management features with the addition of software makes the QCM testers virtually indispensable to many of our customers.

The AWS-QCM testers are metrology grade instruments and are well suited for hand or power tool validation or certification. Rundown fixtures are provided for power tool testing. The creative design of the housing provides for easy bolting to a bench for tool testing. The range of QCM tester models is from 50 Ozf In full scale to 2000 Lbf Ft full scale.

Rundown Fixtures
1/4" and 3/8" rundown fixtures (up to 1000 Lbf In) are included, 1/2", 3/4" and larger rundown kits are available but they are optional and priced separately.

Tool and Data Management Software and Templates
AWS offers several PC software applications for facilitating tool test management and data archiving or printing. Please contact AWS for aid in selecting appropriate software for your application.
