Bosch Rexroth aluminum extrusion industrial mobile carts are customized, modular material handling structures built using high-strength, lightweight aluminum profiles and specialized connectors. These carts are designed for flexibility and durability in industrial environments, commonly used for material transport, tool storage, part installation and supporting lean production systems. The carts can also be configured to be ESD safe which is critical for electronics manufacturing.
For example, a customer reached out to us needing help holding a car door in place so they could install the internal aspects of the door such as the locks, speakers and panel that could move around to each station without damaging the door. We came up with a cart that held the door in place by having the top hinge slide up and down with plastic holders to grab and release the door. We also installed wheels on the bottom in order to be able to move the door from the area the pick to door up, to the area they install the internal components, to the area they put the door when install is complete.

This was designed for a product that needed parts installed on all 4 sides. We built this casing for the main part housing to screw into, allowing operators the ability to rotate the case to install all the necessary parts.
