Bosch-Rexroth: Aluminum Extrusion Safety Railings and Enclosures
Bosch Rexroth aluminum extrusion safety railings and enclosures are modular protective systems designed to create physical barriers around machinery, production lines, and workstations to ensure workplace safety. Built on a modular system, these enclosures use lightweight, durable aluminum structural profiles. These feature a T-slot design to create robust frames, combined with panels or wire mesh to isolate hazardous machinery, containing debris, and protecting operators.
Common applications range from access-control railings that restrict entry to specific areas and guide foot traffic, to large inspection enclosures, isolated workstations, and protective barriers designed to secure autonomous robotic work stations.

Enclosures
We installed an opaque partition at this station to restrict wandering eyes from potentially seeing sensitive or proprietary information that could be inside.
We built this enclosure to create an work space underneath a stairwell. The opaque strips on the plexiglass were added to give a small level of privacy to the operator using the space.
This is an enclosure built for an autonomous robot. These robots are not collaborative, meaning it does not care if a human is in the way when it needs to move to a new point and will knock you over or worse if you're in its way. We built this enclosure around the work area to keep people a safe distance away from the robot while it works.
