This 18V SDS-max® 1-7/8 In. rotary hammer delivers corded-type performance for heavy-duty concrete drilling and chiseling jobs. The Bosch GBH18V-45C Rotary Hammer delivers 9.3 Ft.-Lbs. of impact energy (EPTA). That is unprecedented for a single-battery 18V SDS-max® 1-7/8 In. rotary hammer. It weighs 20.4 Lbs. (with included battery). This hammer is part of the PROFACTOR™ System, which pairs BITURBO Brushless™ Technology with a CORE18V® High Power Battery. BITURBO Brushless™ Technology is a high-performance motor and drive-train system designed to deliver power comparable to high-demand corded tools. It has KickBack Control, rotary hammer and hammer-only modes, and Vario-Lock to rotate and lock the chisel. The anti-vibration system features a longer air cushion in the hammer tube and dampeners in the handle. It also has Soft Start and controlled rpm and bpm, making it easier to control drilling and chiseling applications. The hammer features an on-tool user interface for tool performance, feedback, and control. It has connectivity (module sold separately) to link to connected device via Bosch PRO360 App to customize settings and receive detailed feedback. The kit includes two CORE18V® 12 Ah High Power Batteries, which deliver equal power and at least 50% more runtime than the CORE18V® 8 Ah battery, powering high-demand applications. At only 3.04 Lbs., this 12 Ah battery provides performance comparable to larger and heavier alternatives. The kit has a battery turbo charger, providing 16-amp charging current for fast and faster charging, with an optional Power Boost™ mode.
