Visumatic offered the industry’s first push-to-start handheld automatic screw feeder with a DC electric driver. The torque and angle control and monitoring features of a DC tool system are important for: 

• Quality control data collection and reporting 
• Assembly processes with liability exposure 
• A narrow torque range requiring a high degree of accuracy 
• Applications with a very high target torque
