SCS Concepts: VPG+ – Visual Production and Rework Guide

VPG+ is designed to assist operators during the assembly and rework processes. Operators are driven through the different tightening sequences by VPG+. The software selects automatically the correct tightening program and the associated tool for the operation, displays the necessary instructions for the operator and the picture of the operations with their status (to be tightened, OK and NOK).

In the rework mode the user can select manually the sequences. VPG+ gives the possibility to check the status and results of all tightening associated to VIN number for every single vehicle product. VPG+ supports the two most common network databases, Oracle and SQL Server.

Can be installed on FMS Freedom Multistation. It communicates with SCS wrenches and most of the power tools controlled available on the market.
