OSAAP: Foam Shadowboard- Laser Texts & Logos
Foam Text Engraving
We can apply text on the top black layer of foam, and we also offer lasered logo applications. To apply your logo to your shadow board in the CAD software, simply submit your logo files in a .dxf or.eps file format. Once submitted, our design team will send your logo to you in a format that can be added into our program. At this time, laser text cannot be applied inside the milled shadow board, or on the edges.
Laser Text
Laser text is built for foam shadow board applications. Text is applied to the black top layer of foam with a laser on an X-Y gantry. At OSAAP, they have custom laser machines built for inscribing text onto our custom shadow boards.
Text and logos can only be applied on the top layer of the foam. To add your logo to a shadow board, simply send a .eps version of your logo to OSAAP tech support and they will transfer the file to a .tool file that can then be added into our software.
