Momento Silverline Cover

The new coating, Momento Silverline™, has been developed with the aim to protect the environment through an environmentally friendly manufacturing process, but also to help Momento’s clients worldwide to respond to new environmental targets. 

SilverLine™ Cover is made of a durable plastic material that provides a protective barrier
between your Momento SilverLine™ socket and the final fine surface on the workpiece.
The free spinning design provides high protection for polished, painted and high sensitive
surfaces. Avoiding these kind of damages gives high economic efficiency factors for a
vehicle production line.

SilverLine™ Cover also has another benefit. It improves safety and avoids injury.
Rotating tools can cause accidents to the operator such as wrap of gloves or clothing.
The injuries caused of that can be avoided reliably and significantly by the use of our
SilverLine™ Cover tools.

If the cover becomes worn, it can easily be replaced with a new one on the same socket.

When working with screwdriving on sensitive surfaces (for example lacquered steel in the automotive industry) it needs a protected socket to avoid scratches and paint damage. Momento’s Silverline™ Cover is available in both 6-edge and Six Lobe performance from 3/8”- 3/4” square drive and wrench width between 6-24 mm.

Silverline™, our surface treatment, is completely free of heavy metals. This is important for
us as we protect both the environment and the operator who will use the tool.
