What makes K-TLS a game changer?

If you don't know what the TLS system is, TLS = Torque Locating Sensor, this allows pre-set positions of the screw pattern to be registered and the screwdriving system will only activate when in the required location. This results both in error proofing and new operator onboarding!

K-TLS is Kolver's new intelligent positioning system for precision assembly, ensuring that every screw is not only fastened to the correct torque but also in the right position. The key innovation lies in its ability to be fully managed through the K-DUCER, eliminating the need for additional control units for arm positioning. With all the advanced features of the K-DUCER at your disposal, including connectivity and interoperability with MES and PLC systems, K-TLS simplifies the process.

The K-TLS system is fully managed through the K-DUCER, and no additional control unit is required.

What this means is that the end user can work with the same user-friendly interface that they're already familiar with, without having to switch back and forth between different control units.
Simply set the screw positions for a new or existing program and you're good to go.
